Good Morning.
My name is Nisha Gupta and I am from Kharagpur, West Bengal. I am currectly staying at Bengaluru.
I have completed by MBA in HR from V--- university in the year 2022. Before MBS, I completed my gratuation in BCom from Indra Gandhi university, WB.
Before I started with my MBA in HR and after completing my gratuation, I worked in 2 firms. The 1st company I joined is called Marshmellow Infotect where I worked in capacity of a Manager. In this role, I held the responsibilities to manage a team of my own while creating, monitoring and reporting status on the project workflow. I worked in this firm for a duration of nearly 9 months after which I joined Chakri Technologies Pvt Ltd. In this new role , I was responsible for managing the entire workforce working in different fields like sales, development and administration.I was with the firm for a total of 1 and a half years after which I persued my post-graduation in MBA-HR
