The use of the Website or Mobile Application by any Employer, Employee, Job Seeker, Owner, or Business User shall be deemed as acceptance of and agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

Purpose of the Platform

The KEY2IR platform has been established to:

  • Connect Employers and Job Seekers

  • Allow users to view professional profiles

  • Provide job listing, recruitment support, and career-related services

KEY2IR does not issue experience certificates, employment letters, or verification documents for any registered member.

Prohibited Profiles / Content

Any profile or content uploaded that includes:

  • Political material

  • Illegal content

  • Misleading or harmful information

…will be rejected immediately and may result in account suspension or removal.

Data Security

KEY2IR will take all reasonable precautions to keep user data, including Employer and Employee details, secure.
However, KEY2IR is not liable for:

  • Unauthorized access

  • Data breaches arising from third-party actions

  • Loss of data due to technical or unforeseen events

Users acknowledge that they share information at their own responsibility.

Accurate Information Requirement

Members must ensure that:

  • Email addresses, contact numbers, and profile details they provide are valid, accurate, and updated.

  • Any changes to their information must be updated promptly.

Impersonation / Misrepresentation

Members agree that they will not:

  • Impersonate another individual or entity

  • Use a false name or unauthorized identity

  • Misrepresent their qualifications, experience, or company

Accounts found in violation will be suspended without notice.

Limitation of Liability

Members acknowledge that KEY2IR is not responsible for:

  • Any kind of loss or damage arising from the use of the Website/App

  • Loss of data, job opportunities, business impact, or financial or physical damages

  • Disputes between Employers and Employees

KEY2IR acts only as a digital platform connecting job providers and job seekers.

Privacy Policy

KEY2IR’s Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.
By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to:

  • How your data may be collected

  • How it may be used

  • How it may be shared or stored

As outlined in the KEY2IR Privacy Policy.

Modification of Terms

KEY2IR management reserves the right to:

  • Modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions

  • Do so at any time

  • Without prior notification

Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept those updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by:

  • Indian Law

  • Under the jurisdiction of Indian Courts

Any legal dispute shall be handled exclusively by competent courts in India
