CANCELATION & REFUND POLICY
Products and Pricing
KEY2IR enables end customers to access and initiate services with professionals through the KEY2IR – KEY JOB platform.
1.1 Subscription-Based Services

Customers are charged based on the subscription plan they select.

Each subscription plan includes:

Number of activities or service credits
-
Validity period (in days)
-
Pricing based on the upgrade level
-

All details are displayed clearly on the product payment page.
1.2 Right to Modify Products and Pricing

KEY2IR may update or revise subscription features, service offerings, and pricing at any time.

These modifications will not affect existing customers who have already purchased a plan.

Changes apply only to new users or future purchases.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
2.1 Digital Subscription Purchase

All KEY2IR subscription plans and service credits are digital products.

No refunds will be provided once payment is successfully completed.
2.2 Exceptions for Refund
A refund may be considered only if:

The subscription service becomes unusable due to a KEY2IR platform failure, and
-
The issue is verified after due diligence by the KEY2IR support team.
2.3 Misuse or Policy Violation

If a user account is suspended or terminated due to:

Misconduct
-
Inappropriate behavior
-
Violation of platform rules
-

No refund will be issued.
2.4 Customer Support for Disputes
If users have concerns, they may contact KEY2IR Customer Support for review.
Payment Terms & Conditions
KEY2IR may offer purchases through the App ("In-App Purchases") via:
Payment Methods

Third-party stores:

Apple App Store
-
Google Play Store
-

By completing an in-app purchase, the user agrees to all payment terms associated with that platform.
3.2 Billing Authorization

When making a purchase, the user authorizes KEY2IR or the third-party platform to charge the selected Payment Method.

If payment fails, the user must pay all outstanding amounts upon demand.
3.3 Subscription Continuity

Deleting the KEY2IR app or deleting the user account does not cancel the subscription.
-
Users will be notified of any pricing changes in their subscribed services.
-
Continued use after pricing updates implies acceptance of the updated pricing.
Canceling Subscriptions
4.1 Subscriptions Purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Users must cancel directly through their respective app store account:

Apple App Store:
Account → Subscriptions → Select KEY2IR → Cancel -
Google Play Store:
Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Cancel
4.2 Cancellation Rules

After cancellation, users can continue using paid services until the end of the current billing period.

No prorated refunds for unused days (except where legally required).
4.3 Special Conditions

Death of a subscriber: Estate is entitled to a refund for the remaining unused subscription period.

Disability preventing usage: Subscriber may receive a refund for remaining unused time after submitting valid notice.
Refund Terms
5.1 General Rule
All charges are non-refundable, including:

Partially used subscription periods

Unused service credits
5.2 Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be issued:

When legally required
-
If subscriber cancels under applicable consumer rights (excluding Apple ID purchases)
5.3 Digital Content
Refunds are not allowed for digital content delivery once:

Order processing begins
-
User provides consent acknowledging loss of cancellation rights
6. Google Play Store & Other Payments
KEY2IR (or Google) will process refunds within 21 days from the date a valid cancellation notice is received.
Refund will be:

Issued through the same payment method
-
Processed without additional fees
6.3 Other Third-Party Platforms
If the purchase was made through any other payment gateway, the user must request a refund directly from that merchant.
Taxes

All prices shown under In-App Purchases include applicable taxes (GST / Sales Tax) where legally required.

If additional tax obligations arise, they will be added to the user’s payment total.
